Job Responsibilities:
   To participate in the analysis of investment trends, investment project search and judgment, and investment negotiation and post-investment operations etc. in the game industry.    
1. To timely capture hotspots and dynamics in the game industry, be responsible for finding excellent entrepreneurial project resources, and maintain good communication and cooperation with outstanding entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial teams;
2. To provide business model suggestions for the entrepreneurial team, organize due diligence and feasibility research of the project, and evaluate the investment value and risks;
3. To participate in the establishment of the invested project company, early product and market development, and help improve the organizational structure of the entrepreneurial team;
4. To control the risks that may occur in the project, complete the preparation of various investment documents, and promote the work related to signing and delivery;
5. To be responsible for post-investment management, tracking the business, products, and finance , etc., of the invested company.

Qualifications:
1. Having a strong hobby for games and more than two years of game history, and being familiar with mainstream games at home and abroad;
2. Analyzing  the overall quality of a game and the five-star rating of each gameplay system objectively and accurately ;
3. Having a deep understanding of the development history, market conditions and future trends of the Chinese game industry;
4. Those with bachelor degree or above of “985” colleges or universities or foreign universities or college of the same type are preferred; Those who are graduates of related fields such as the game industry are preferred;
5. Having a good ability to express, including verbal and written expression skills, excellent execution skills;
6. Loving the investment work of the game industry, and having a strong learning ability, excellent communication and negotiation skills and research and analysis capabilities;
7. Having team-working spirit, and the ability to withstand the work under stress.
